This is a very frequent problem on females, especially after menopauses period, and which is presented with particular harness in the area comprised in the interior part of the arm, between the armpit and the elbow. It could also be accompanied by accumulation of fat in skin´s tissue.

In some discreet cases, little invasive techniques _such as discreet stretching from the armpit or superficial liposuctions can be applied.

In some very obvious cases other techniques should be appealed to, such as the complete area liposuction, associated to resections in the internal armpit.
